I thought you might be interested in this article from the Herald, that John Willoughby brought to our attention the other day. This does add weight to the argument (and my personal belief), that Government agencies do whatever they like and tell you what they want you to hear. They rubbish anyone who presents any evidence contrary to theirs - and bombard us with so called facts, that are most often, out of date or just plain fabricated.
